How long does shipping take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Will I have to pay international customs fees?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I wash my Sidemen apparel?
To maintain the quality of the prints and fabric, we recommend washing garments inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron directly over the graphic designs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
